Very Good
The location and the beauty, pool, and atmosphere at night, twinkle lights in the garden, It was my favorite stay in Bacalar. Like being on the set of Mama Mia movie. Cleaning staff was fantastic. Birds in the morning and the grounds at sunrise, the beauty of nature and the water. Going up the tower at night to take in the view with the moon and the general atmosphere. The quiet neighborhood with restaurants close. I walked alone every day to yoga and breakfast at Lulu's, sailing trips are close and downtown is a lovely walk or a 50 peso cab.
This won't affect you if you stay in the tower suites but for the other rooms, The neighbors next door to the room had loud parties and their workshop is right next to the rooms so some nights I had to endure power tools and music and party atmosphere. They also have a sweet dog that is tied up at night and barks and barks for hours from about 8 to 10pmish. Currently there is a hotel being built next door so during the days you will hear power tools and hammering from 7:30am to 5pm. Not on Sundays. I'm guessing this will go on until May 2021. This is my only complaint. Adding Hammocks between the trees in the yard would make it perfect! Oh and the paddle boards, and kayaks were not available for my stay but you can rent them other places

Good location..
Rooms are to small. Property looks old and does not look like the photos on the booking.com page..the property charged me for 3 rooms when i booked only 2 rooms.

Kind staff, good breakfast, good service. Flexible with check in times, helpful towards local recommendations and taxi services. BEAUTIFUL LOCATION
Very small rooms, very outdated, not like the images. Firm bed.

Very Good
The view on the laguna is marvellous. The villa, Casa Arabe, and the garden around are amazing.
The Wi-Fi was bad in the rooms. In the morning, we had no hot water. Breakfast was from 8.30 uur; too late on days you have to leave early
